Use of the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By using B-Shop, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
Orders & Payments
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
Payment
Payment is processed via M-Pesa STK Push at the time of checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. Failed or incomplete payments will result in your order remaining in PENDING status.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it moves to PROCESSING status. Once processing has begun, cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Delivery
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to B-Shop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Product Images
Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to photography and screen calibration.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We aim to keep B-Shop available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service downtime, delays, or technical errors.
Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.
Termination
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner harmful to other users or our platform.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any pending orders will be processed or cancelled at our discretion, and refunds will be issued where applicable.
Governing Law & Changes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
